IRCON has invited applications for the post of Safety Guard, Junior SHE Manager. Senior SHE Manager, Environmental Manager, Safety Manager recruitment . The recruitment is done on a contractual basis . The candidate who are willing to apply for the post in IRCON Recruitment Post vacancies can fill the form. IRCON Recruitment Post Details with Number of Vacancy-

1. Safety Steward - 15 Posts
2. Junior  SHE Manager - 06 Posts
3. Senior SHE Manager - 03 Posts

Pay Scale -

1. For Safety Steward - The candidate who would get selected for the post of Safety Steward will be getting Rs 26,700 per month as a salary .
2. For Junior SHE Manager - The candidate who would get selected for the post of Junior SHE Manager would be getting Rs 26,700 per month as a salary.
3. For Senior SHE Manager - The candidate who would get selected for the post of Senior SHE Manager would be getting Rs 33,500 per month as a salary .

Educational Qualification - 

1. For Safety Steward - The candidate who is applying for the post should be a Graduatefrom any recognized university in any Discipline with any SHE related certificate course .
2. For Junior SHE Manager - The candidate who is applying for the post should have a Degree in Science/Diploma in Engineering with Govt. perceived well being confirmations from correspondence course of NICMAR, Annamalai University, National and State Productivity Councils, other State Technical Education Boards and so forth. Then again Any graduate or recognition holder with 5 years of work involvement in undeniable SHE bureau of any Public Sector/Leading Private Sector/MNC with former endorsement of manager on a case to case premise.
3. For Senior SHE Manager - The candidate who is applying for the post should be a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety & Environmental Management (PGDISEM) from National Insttitute of Industrial Engineering, Mumbai OR M.E. in Safety from NIT, Trichy, Tamil Nadu OR M.E. in Industrial Safety from MepcoSchlenk Engineering College, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.

Age Limit - 

1. For Senior SHE Manager - The candidate who is applying for the Senior SHE Manager post should not be more than 53 years in age .
2. For Safety Steward - The candidate who is applying for the Safety Steward should not be more than 50 years in age .

Selection Process - The candidate selection will be based on the Interview
